Winamp is faster, easier to use, doesn't take up most of your screen when looking at it, plays most media available and does so in a very unobtrusive manner. But it's a little slower than it used to be when opening and I have noticed more crashes than should be, but for the most part, it's better than itunes.If you're looking for a less obtrusive program to play your music, watch videos, etc., get winamp. It won't play everything, so keep a backup media player installed, but for everyday music playing, playlists, etc, winamp should be your software of choice.
