Good news for YouTube users! YouTube, Google-owned video sharing site, has struck a deal with CBS and from today onwards, YouTube will air full-length CBS TV shows.
YouTube will be benefited from this deal as pre-roll, mid-roll and post-roll ads will be sold by CBS and out of the total profits YouTube will get its pre-decided share.
YouTube refused to comment on the terms and conditions of the revenue-sharing agreement.
A list of selected shows includes old and new shows like "MacGyver," "Star Trek" and the original "Beverly Hills 90210," the season premieres of Showtime's "Dexter" and "Californication," and current episodes of "The Young and the Restless."....more
